What is the difference between a subscription and credits?
A subscription provides a monthly credit allocation and access to eligible paid features or models. Credits pay for usage. You need both the required plan and sufficient credits for a subscription-only generation.
Can I try IMAGENTLAB without a paid plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 60 monthly credits. Availability also depends on the chosen feature and model; some models require a paid subscription even if you have enough credits.
Do credit top-ups unlock paid models?
No. Top-ups add usage credits but do not activate a subscription. Non-Veo video models still require Creator, Studio, or Agency.
How many images or videos can I make?
There is no single generation count for a plan. The cost depends on the model, output type, and settings. Check the displayed credit cost before each action and divide your available balance by that cost to estimate usage.
